Dave Alhadeff is a Managing Director in the Human Capital Practice of BearingPoint’s broader Management Consulting Business Unit. He leads a 32-person Learning and Training Organization (LTO) that designs, develops and delivers world-class learning and training solutions for clients. He also focuses on the development of other People Strategy solutions, including talent management strategy and implementation, leadership development, organizational change, and cultural transformation. Prior to this current role, Dave was a leader in the development of the firm's Growth Strategy solutions, which specialize in transforming sales organizations to realize growth targets. The Spiral Story interview focuses on the value of Human Capital in the organization.
