Researcher, Deloitte

Robin Athey leads Deloitte Research thought leadership efforts on issues related to organizational effectiveness. Her studies investigate the links between organizational knowledge, learning, leadership, and performance. Ms. Anthey serves on the advisory board of Deloitte Consulting's Knowledge, Methods, and Support group, the Organizational Learning and KM Council of the Conference Board, and the Learning Innovations Laboratories forum at Harvard University. She has also been a board member of the United Nations Association (UNA-USA), the nation's largest grassroots foreign policy organization and the leading center of policy research on the U.N. and global issues. This Spiral Story interview discusses her role to create new thinking.
