Chief Learning Officer - Gold's Gym

Karen Wischmann is the Vice President of Training & Development for Gold's Gym International. Over the past decade, she has managed over 60 gyms. Her experience includes membership sales, gym operations and acquisitions, training and development and much more! Ms. Wischmann joined Gold's Gym International in 2000 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations where she oversaw the rapid growth from 15 to 31 gyms, and over 1,800 employees. Today she is in charge of the education for the more than 600 Gold's Gyms, providing seminars all over the world to gym owners on how to improve their business. This Spiral Story interview discusses her role in training Gold's Gym franchisees for success.
