Get Your Kids Eating Healthy Food

One very common complaint that parents these days have is that their children aren’t eating healthy food. It’s a big issue when you look at the food kids ARE eating . . . chemical and fat laden junk. Start Slow

Make It Small

There`s a reason the Japanese bento lunches are so popular. They incorporate many foods, but in small portions. Kids love to have choices. While you don’t need to invest in special containers, you can certainly present food in small portions. Try placing several different foods in small muffin cups or in ramekins. Did you know that the two most common reasons for not losing body fat are not preparing your own food and struggling to find motivation to exercise? Whilst both are critical to any fitness regime both can be easily rectified with a little bit of planning!
